Data Deletion Instructions

The TOM Instagram Feed application does not collect, create, or store personal information belonging to Instagram users.

The application only retrieves publicly available content published on the official Instagram Business account of the TOM – Tutti gli Occhi sul Mediterraneo project in order to display it on https://tuttigliocchisulmediterraneo.org.

The application does not store:

• Instagram user profiles;
• followers lists;
• private messages;
• comments;
• likes;
• personal information of third-party users.

Only a temporary technical cache of the official account’s public content may be stored to improve website performance.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you believe that the application stores information relating to you, or if you have any questions regarding data processing, you may contact the Data Controller:

Upon receiving a legitimate request, any data under our control will be deleted without undue delay, where applicable under the GDPR or other applicable laws.

Automatic Data Removal

Temporary cached content is periodically overwritten and automatically removed as part of the normal operation of the application.

Meta Users

If you wish to remove permissions granted to this application through your Meta account, you can do so at any time by visiting your Facebook or Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites, where you can revoke the application’s access.
