1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the TOM Instagram Feed application operated by ARCI APS.

The application is intended solely to retrieve and display content published on the official Instagram account of the TOM – Tutti gli Occhi sul Mediterraneo project on the website https://tuttigliocchisulmediterraneo.org.

2. Purpose

The application is not intended for public use as a standalone service.

Its sole purpose is to connect the official Instagram Business account with the official TOM website through the Meta Graph API.

3. Use of the Service

The application may only be used by authorized administrators of the TOM project.

Users of the website do not interact directly with the application.

4. Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, videos and other content displayed through the application remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

The application does not claim ownership of any Instagram content.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

ARCI APS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Meta Platform APIs or of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability

ARCI APS shall not be liable for interruptions or limitations resulting from changes to the Meta Platform, network failures, maintenance activities, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
